Private Sessions are designed and customized for individuals personal needs and for those who would like one on one instruction because everybody is beautifully unique. Private sessions are ideal for individuals returning from injury or bouncing back from illness or those who would like to create a foundational yoga practice before entering a group or public yoga class. Private sessions are designed according to your specific needs and customized to meet your health goals, meeting you on the mat where you are today. Simply meeting once a week for 60 minutes can enhance your self-esteem, improve your cardiovascular fitness,increase body awareness,and reduce fatigue.
Our first meeting together will include an intake form & personalized assessment to identify your goals for practice and to gain an understanding of your current health needs.
All sessions are 60 minutes.
Brand New Practitioner or A Body Conscious Yogi
We will start with the basics, building your practice from the ground up. Our time together will can be designation on a week by week basis or monthly depending on your availability and goals.
Monthly Program Pricing Options
4 Weeks: 1 X/Week $260
8 Weeks: 16 Private Yoga Sessions – 2 X/Week $930
12 Weeks: 12 Private Yoga Sessions – 1X/Week $900
Price Per Session: Individual Sessions on a Week by Week Basis
$70 – $90 Per Session at Your Home
$20 for each additional person
