Let the professionals help you learn how to do your next favorite outdoor activity. Through patience and experience we will start you off with an on-land lesson for basic paddle strokes, going from seated to standing, and what happens if you fall in.

For those interested in an opportunity to hone your paddling skills through the challenges of the Delaware River. Learn to read the dynamic waterway while encountering light rapids and stronger currents. Great for paddlers who like a challenge, an elevated heartrate and who have been to at least one paddlefit class prior.

Offered one Sunday a month at Haycock Boat Launch on Lake Nockamixon from 10am to 1pm.
This event is a great outing for family or friends to join as a group or solo hikers/paddlers to help find comradery and community. Led by endurance coach and avid hiker, Todd Pollock will provide education and enthusiasm for all those who attend.

Explore the D & L Trail System two ways along the Lehigh River with us.
Our pedal and paddle events on the Lehigh River a great way to roam from Bethlehem to Easton and back on a guided and instructional tour. We will ride for for 60 to 75 minutes and then paddle to cool down for an hour.
Instructional lesson, bike checks, and seat adjustments can be provided. Beginner paddle lesson included for anyone who is new to paddle boarding.
