Engage in mindfulness yoga while enjoying the serene experience of stand up paddleboarding. Please note: You must be 18 years or older to rent a SUP. You must know how to swim. Minor children ages 5 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult who is a parent, legal guardian, or designated person responsible for the safety and supervision of the child while using our equipment. All rental SUPs must be returned by the designated closing time. Additionally, paddleboarding serves as a great form of water fitness that anyone can enjoy.

Paddle board rentals through Miss Melanie Yoga offer you the perfect opportunity to engage in mindfulness yoga while peacefully enjoying all that nature has to offer on the water. Each rental includes a brief paddle lesson and gear check to prepare you for your stand up paddleboarding experience.

Please Note: For paddle board rentals, MMY is unable to deliver or pick up any boards or rental gear at Lake Nockamixon or Spruce Run. Board pick up is available at the MMY shop, where our staff will provide you with all the necessary equipment and instruction on how to load boards on and off your car.

● We provide complimentary tie down straps and a soft top roof rack for cars without a roof rack. Pick up trucks are welcome (no ratchet straps on boards).
